I am aware of UTC time my friend I just don't always understand it sometimes it's UTC +6 UTC -2....😇🤣

        I think it would depend on the person who talks about the time relative to his or her location. 🤔 In @tydynrain's case, it's UTC -10 in Hawaii. 🤓
