Basically yes, but I use additionally Enandol creme and I do some stretching exercises for the muscles around....

It absolutely hasn't gone, and I really doubt what to do. To cancel that half marathon in 2 weeks or not....

My experience shows me that it isn't really worth the whole procedure with medics.
The first 2x (after waiting for weeks or an appointment) they tell you just to rest...ç
