I understand your preference !INDEED. πŸ€”πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ Your other option now is to ask friends who are also into regular exercise for fitness advice. πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ€“ !HOPE !WEIRD !PIZZA

That's what I'm doing !INDEED when I'm with people I know (well) in the gym or when I went with people to the gym before or after run training (a few years ago) !wine !STRIDE

I wonder how often nowadays you give (casual) fitness advice to other people who exercise with you !INDEED. πŸ€”πŸ€“πŸ˜ !LOLZ

Nowadays I don't !LOL Being injured it's not the best moment to give advice....
But in general quite often people ask me, and I'm trying to guide my daughter trough this on a daily basis !wine

It's !INDEED harder for an injured person to give exercise advice, much like it's harder for a sick person to give health advice, unless the person asking for advice already trusts the person in the first place. πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ !HOPE !WEIRD !PIZZA

On the other hand one could state that the sick/injured person could give advice how to avoid to get in the same situation !HOPE !STRIDE !wine

That's true !INDEED, but then someone who had been sick/injured and then recovered (completely) would seem more likely to be more convincing than one who is still on the process of healing/recovery. πŸ€”πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸ€―πŸ˜… !WEIRD !HOPE !PEPE

Absolutely !INDEED !HOPE !wine

I was clearing out my comments feed on #HiveEngage when I saw your and @iceledy's comments beside each other with the word "Absolutely" and the !INDEED and !HOPE token tipping commands. πŸ€”πŸ€―πŸ€―πŸ˜†πŸ˜… !WEIRD
