The number of votes stays the same per 24 hours.

Right now if you are voting in the same minute and start with full power 100%:
Vote 1 - Voting Power 100% Voting Weight 100%
Vote 2 - Voting Power 98% Voting Weight 100%
...
Vote 10 - Voting Power approximately 80% and you should stop voting

After Hard Fork 28:
Vote 1 - Voting Power 100% Voting Weight 100%
Vote 2 - Voting Power 100% Voting Weight 100%
...
Vote 10 - Voting Power 100% and you ran out of votes for 24 hours
