Getting home before dark while hiking is a good idea as the weather turns. Plus, you can't see predators nearly as well at night!
The park looks beautiful, I love the colored leaves. The always feel so fun to crunch under your feet. Great mileage yesterday, keep it up!
I remember several years ago, when Liz and I were hiking in the dark with flashlights deep in the forest, and we heard something big moving!!😳
Needless to say we immediately abandoned ship and started hiking back down hill with our flashlights trained on the location of the last sound we heard!😬😅
