Hi, fellow Actifitters!
This is another fitness report of mine.
Slowly but steadily, doing steps regularly helps me in reducing my belly fat.
So far, the results seem to be kind of permanent, although it takes some effort and time.
That's OK.
It's not that hard, and it's fun.
I see it as a game, so I don't feel that I am forced to do it.
