Rising temperatures make you feel thirsty and want to drink water and other liquids.
Foods with fats and carbohydrates are good for the winter, because they give you a lot of calories.
Meals with lots of veggies are better for the summer, because they hydrate your body.
This is what I cooked for lunch today.
It is sliced aubergines, carrots, and sweet red peppers air-fried in the oven.
I will also have some potato chips with it that I bought from the shop.
Finally, some water melon, cool from the refrigerator.
