Today I achieved my goal of 7,000 Actifit steps.
It might not be that much, compared to other Actifitters who regularly report dozens of thousands of steps, and I praise them for that.
Most of all, it's a fun activity for me, and I would like to keep it like that.
If I feel that I no longer have fun through it, I will probably stop doing it altogether, because I know myself and how things (should) work for me.
Anyway, in order to be able to reach my Actifit goals, I need a good amount of essential vitamins.
Eating carrots can help me in this, since carrots are packed with vitamin A, which is good for the eyes, among other things.
They are also full of antioxidants, which help the body stay healthy.
One way to eat carrots is by making them a salad.
I use a plain, old-school box grater to grate the carrots.
Then I add some salt, lemon juice, and olive oil, and finally, I use two forks to mix the ingredients together.
Bon appetit!
