Would you describe street art like this as an act of vandalism?
During my Actifit wanderings, I have stumbled upon quite a few similar pieces of street art drawn by local school students.
I think it is a great idea to cover ugly primary cross connection points (PCP) with beautiful art like this.
It doesn't harm anybody and makes the town center look a little nicer.
It costs nothing and gives someone the opportunity to express themselves as an artist.
It isn't just street art; it's public art.
