I think that the legacy (v3) version of the #Ecency frontend (while it was still available for the public) can handle large amounts of tagged Hive accounts on a post (or comment) well, as those tags are just displayed as hyperlinked text (no images and embedded "profile cards"). 🤓

Do you mean that you also did not experience any slowdown on the #Ecency legacy (v3) frontend before regarding huge amounts of Hive accounts tagged on a post on comment viewed on that frontend? 🤯😅

Perhaps an #Ecency dev team member viewing an Ecency #Waves container post (where all container posts within the past 30 days have more than 500 comments, usually 1,000) would quickly notice the slowdown !INDEED. 🤯🤓

Well, you would figure that they would. I think a lot of issues with Hive dapps is that they are not tested across enough hardware, like different phones, so for many devs, things may work great on their devices, but not so much on other people's devices. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I really think that even a single tester on a (Hive) project would help a lot in finding (and fixing) bugs and other technical issues on such (d)app. 🧘♂️ That tester should be equipped with multiple devices (running Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS operating systems, with different screen sizes). 🤓 Virtual machines don't seem to be enough for proper testing. 🤯😅

The more testers, across more hardware, the better. The Hive Keychain Android app, while functioning far better than it was, is still frustratingly unstable on my phone. Different amounts of RAM and processors should be tested too. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
