Vitamin D is an interesting thing, because firstly it's not actually a vitamin, but rather an essential steroid hormone that directly affects the entire body. Sun is absolutely necessary for human health and longevity. Also, the FDA's RDA of vitamins and minerals are inaccurate in the extreme, with useful amounts of vitamin D being many times the recommended RDA. Soak up the sun, my friend! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

It would be best !INDEED if you get out and enjoy the sun early in the morning (within 2 hours after sunrise) or late in the afternoon (within 2 hours before sunset). 🧘♂️

We are still fairly cool in the Pacific Northwest.... it's still chilly until 10 o'clock in the morning, I think we hit close to 68°F today!!😎
Remember that the temperature of the environment is one thing, but the amount of actual sunlight people are being exposed to is another !INDEED! 🌞🤓
