Lulu and I enjoyed a very pleasant and mild day down on Lynx Creek after my long day previously where I (once again) drove to the NM state line and back with a rescue dog.
The hike to our collecting spot was a couple of miles but the path was fairly level and not too tough. Lulu is feeling her normal self and was happily running around while I trekked behind loaded down with my gear (not too heavy though).
Then a few hours of digging the NOT wet and muddy ground and I finished up happy but tired (and about $40 worth of gold).
Another easy walk around the Old Town to stretch out my legs and back and a good hot shower to wrap up the day.
Off to Flagstaff for a day trip tomorrow.
Hope all my Actifit friends had a great day as well.
