Glad that I was able to get out early before the 90+ degree weather hit and put in a good 5 miles on the dirt.

Fortunately the humidity hasn't been horrible but it's easy to really work up a good sweat. I've been wearing my Hdrop sweat meter again to check my sweat rates and sodium/potassium loss rates so that i can plan for my races later on.

I'm getting faster although not a great deal faster but since I'm concentrating on timed ultrasound "running" won't be a fast option.
Going to be hot tomorrow according to the forecast.
