Yes, CPR is hope for life, as a healthcare profession we can give hope that we are here and we would save him. 80% cases not recover because nursing staff or attendant staff not informing to doctor on time because they can't early recognized. Second one is rib, so no matter how much rib you broke, when you unintentionally broking ribs during CPR and your R-R interval match and your PQRST wave complex becoming uniform so you can consider that your CPR is effective. Rib can be joint with help of chest belt but once the brain dead so we can't do in this case. In my 10 years of career I can't survive only 7 out of 597 cases.
