The road is my closest companion when I travel. It never argues, never asks questions — it simply leads you. Sometimes gently, sometimes with character, but always to places you’ve never been.

I almost always travel by car, and I start preparing long before the trip. I open maps, plot routes, and mentally drive turn after turn as if I’m already there. I can spend hours driving along roads on Google Maps, memorizing points of interest, intersections, and those strange turn-offs that seem to lead nowhere.

And when I finally arrive somewhere new, it almost feels like home. Almost — because everything feels both familiar and foreign at the same time. Rain shifts the colors, and small details emerge that you’d never notice from a desk back home. Some things are simply better seen in person.
I love shooting roads. For me, the road is where the journey actually happens.

Keep following the line!
