Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for wednesday the 17/12/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Happy midweek everyone.
Manchester City played against Brentford in the English Carabao Cup, Quarterfinals and like widely expected swept past their opponent by (2-0) to advance to the semifinals.
Same night, Newcastle United battled so hard to overcome a spirited Fulham side to win (2-1) on the night at St. James's Park. They also advance to the semifinals with that win.
There are strong feelings that the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) will be sanctioned by world's football governing body FIFA for fielding ineligible players during their world cup playoff match against the Super Eagles of Nigeria. Should that happen, that will gladden most sports - football lovers down here.
Activities are gradually winding down in most offices in preparation for the yuletide season.
