Zack was elected Mayor by popular vote. The bourgeois didn't like him. They see him as a tightfisted man. A plot to impeach him from the House of Assembly was hatched. Zack submitted his budget for approval but the Assembly rejected it twice. Then two days later Zack was impeached.
