Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about when me and my wife finding the inspiration for our future house. I still dont know when we can move in. The developer said that we can move in at the end of March. But, until right now they still not give any information and when we are going there, all the house in that area still empty too. Only one house that filled and turns out that the house is for model house that already furnished.
This is our house, i dont know it already finished or not. But, i think they are not finished at all. I dont see the water pump yet and The backyard for laundry and kitchen area still not plastered and this place is so dirty. So, i guess its still not ready yet maybe. And also in front of my house there are many house that still not finished. maybe waiting a month or so to be finished already.
And when we on way back home we are stop by in the model house to see how they arrange the furniture inside. Maybe it can be a good idea to us when we need to arrange the layout. And turns out they are closing the kitchen area. This is what i wanted to do actually since i dont want my wife got wet when rain and also i dont want my wife got bite by bug or mosquito when she prepared for dinner or even i dont want to get bite by mosquito too while preparing dinner when my wife cannot prepared it. This model house can be really good inspiration. They already plastered and filling with floor tile that make this kitchen area as dining room. But, i dont want adding dining room in my house maybe since we are never eating at dining room at all. Even when i was a kid, i usually eating in Living room while watching TV with my family. But, yeah this model house is really inspirational for us. My wife love to see the kitchen area.
The master
bedroom also nice, but this model house forget to instal the door. So i dont think this could work when the door already installed. It lack of space when having a door. But, maybe if i can change the closet and the table in some other way. Maybe this can be a great idea. I dont need closet that big too. I am better having small closet and no need having desk on my bedroom since i already decided that i will have work room at first floor. So, i dont think those closet and desk is needed.
But, thats different for my son room. This can be a great idea. My son will love this desing. It looks luxurious. Even he can have his own desk right now. I think i need to design for my son bedroom instead of my bedroom. I think i will leave my bedroom to my wife for the designs since i will love it anyway (or i will not eating after confront her).
So far, we got the design on our head. Only need go to mall or furniture place to see the price and budgeting. Right now the problem is the budget. We need to pay monthly for instalment and also we need to prepare the furniture since we dont have anything. In my house right now that we are rented. All furniture already served. We only fill what we need like bed and refrigator. Everything else like desk, chair, closet already served. Thats why it can be a huge expenses after we moving in. Hopefully i can found new project soon. But, looking the situation right now it is not good at all.
