Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about my first quest on my new house. That is installing Air Conditioner. So basically there is a few adjustment before we can stay in this new house. Since we are in Surabaya city that usually really really hot especially at daylight. Thats why we need to using Air Conditioner inside house. Luckily we are get free from developer 3 units Air Conditioner. So i dont need to buy again. But, here the catch i need to installing by myself, developer wont installing it which is the cost of installing is almost same with the price of the Aircon itself.
So, for installing all those 3 units, it cost me almost 300$ so basically it counts as 100$ for each unit for installing. Thats really expensives. I think the service charge is not expensive like 10$. But, what makes expensives is the material such as pipe,AC hose, and many more. And since my country currencies is weaken in recent few months againts dollars, the cost of the materials price increase significantly. Thats why the cost is really expensive nowdays.
And since i still need to work and my son got fever today, i cannot be there all day. And since I already using his service for almost 4 years. I already believe them to work in my house and might be using them until he died maybe. He is a honest person and if he wants to get profit,he also told me. And he also told how much he take the profit from me. And yeah as i also work in Service Industri, so I feel okay with the percentage he took. Thats why i really convenient using his service. Like today, he already work from morning till mid day. And that is what they are working. Still halfway in 4 hours works. I think they can finish it today before 5 p.m. And since this cluster is really strict, so all the outsider worker just can be work until 5 p.m or the house owner will got fine.
And yeah they are finish at 5 p.m and since i cannot see and checking so i just said to him to just shut down the front door and it will be auto locked.
Overall his service and installation is well enough. It is not perfect but yeah with just 1 day its really enough for me. I can do the rest by myself to cleaning up the stye after he perforate the wall. Maybe after some time will asking my wife need to change the paint or not for the inside wall. Anyway we can change the paint inside but cannot for outside. I think it related with debt with bank so it forbidden to change the outlook from front.
But, turns out there is 1 mistake that not get fixed in here. Fortunately its just bathroom, so its not too important as long as he already plugging the hole from outside i am okay with it. So the mosquito will not entering from the hole.
Yeah maybe after we already moving in here after we got several money again, we can fix it one by one. At least right now all instalation and what we need already fixed first before we moving in. And yep this is my first experience having my own house. It really burn out my mind recently. There are too many need (or want i still did not know about that) and it cost really really expensive. Maybe after i getting used about those kind of maintenance a house, i will not getting burn out (hopefully).
And the first quest done. I think tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, the back outdoor ceiling will be installed. So, we dont need to worry about rain or mosquito attack again. And we can cook on the back outside. Then by the end of this week, it need to installing front outdoor ceilling. And after that we need to installing ceramic at back ( and i still dont know how much it cost). I just hope i can got money from the heaven.
And then at the end of this month i will start to living in this new house.
