Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about what i got lately. Yep like in the title that i errr no, both me and my wife right now got title "Bilionaire". Yep, i am being sarcast here. Like many my friends said that after i deal buying house (i mean making instalment to full paid in bank) then we are got those Bilionaire stats since this house is more then 1 Billion Rupiah in my country currency.
So, before we are just locking the deal. And then right now we are locking our buy and sell agremeent in Public Notary. So, with this all is on the paper and it will be legal. So, actually for me this is not the real assets for me since this is house for living. And it will be have daily cost running everyday and not giving any income. So, this will be the real liabilities. But, this liabilities is for us ( me and my wife) not to my son. What i think is what i need to do as a parents is at least giving him as many privilledges that i can give. It will boosting his life in the future since what the worried about is reduced one by one. Even though my education for my son is not easy or i can said that hard. He never knew that what all i buy is for him in the future from cryptocurrencies, stocks, house, even car ( maybe in the future if i can).
For know what my son need to know is i just buy it all and he does not owned all that things. Maybe after he can understand about how money works, i will started to teach him about investing. This is important education i guess that i dont get from my parents. Even though i am still learning about how investing works and more of them is not working properly. But, at least i need to teach my son about it.
This is when we are checking the house and discussing what need to be repaired and fixed.
So, basically this why i buy this house?? It is because i will make sure if both of us (me and my wife ) died. My son already having roof above his head. So, he does no need to worried about house ( and i believe in the future the price will be so untouchable). What he need to think is expanding his skill to be monetized or be valued by other people or community (which is i still not get it until now).
So far, my wife already convenient about this house, as well as me. So far i am okay with this house. Really fit for me not too big since i will get old soon and it will be hard to cleaning up by myself if the house is huge. And also my son is excited too. So, what i need to think is, i need to make this house be productive by making some content while i am in home. And maybe after moving in i will starting to arrange a little space for me to make a content about plants.
Lets see what will happened in the next few months. I think in the next few months i will super busy to make more money to move in and renovation some of place in my house and yep need money to starting my content too.
Hopefully i can get the money fast and enough for this move in.
