Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about when my son need to dentist to extract his milk teeth or baby teeth since his real incisor already growing up and it not placed where its supposed to be just because his baby teeth wont come out since his teeth already broken mostly due his medical condition (Adenoid Hyperthrofi that make he cannot breath using nose while sleeping). Thats why after consult with the dentist which is is my childhood friend, in the end, it need to be extracted only the tooth that obstruct the place to grow only. Then need to wait for the other if it wont let go, it need to be extracted again someday. Since my son teeth is really broken and left with just small teeth that both me and my wife hands even cannot hold it and shake it, so it will hard to take those baby teeth right now.
Fortunately, i have friend from kindegarten that a dentist. She is lived near my son school. So, it kinda easier to consult without paying at first. She will charge me when need to be handled. If just consult it will be free.
After many times consult by phone and DM, in the end my friend told me that my son baby teeth need to be removed or it will disturbing the growing of his jaw and teeth in the future. So, yeah here we are. In that picture my son need to get anesthesi first before plug his teeth. Man i cannot imagine how hurt the gum after injected with needle that contain anesthesi.
My son have a huge heart in there. He is really brave. Even though inside he is scream and afraid with needle and this treatment. But, last week he seen me got injected by needle to get vitamin booster and some antihistamine to reduce my allergic. I really dont know what makes my allergic relapsed but this time its really annoying and bad. I cannot breath using nose since inside my nose is very itchy like something crawling inside. I almost empty 4 bag of NACL to drain my nose to get out this crawling things until i realized that those are just allergic reaction. And when itchy of course i will sneezing that not stop after so many times. And its really makes me tired. But, when i sleep i cannot sleep since i cannot breath at all. Thats why i going to doctor and the doctor said it just allergic. The problem is in my environment right now all trigger my allergic. First from dust ( too many developing in here thats why many dust), Cold ( since the wet season is really long this year and colder ), Weak immune system due stress. And yes, since the world in chaos it makes me stress about financial problem lately. The last is that i hate the most, Pollen and Fur (many flower are blooms lately and take turns maybe because the rain is coming more. Also the fur from cat. I dont know how to chase away those cat. They always sleep on my motorcycle everynight and the fur is stick to my motorcycle and it will traigger my allergic too.
My son treatment spending almost 30 minutes to make his baby teeth got plugged. Need to inject more anesthesia before plug it since my friend said do not have the heart to plug if he still can feeling hurt. That will be different if other people, it will take a little anesthesia in order to make the patient still awake and know if infected or not.
Finally with just one big jolt, my son baby teeth can be plugged. It is not big and also the root of the tooth already gone. But what makes this teeth wont come out because my son gum already prepared for his primary teeth. Thats why his gum started to hard and wont let go this baby teeth. Hopefully the other baby teeht will come out automatically. But, i am already prepared if all those teeth wont come out since his Adenoid is still on medication. Yeah it is better right now he can breath using nose while sleeping but it is not smooth. In some position he will have difficulty again for breathing using nose.
