These types of programmes have been around for many years. I remember when the first ones were made and how successful they were, and then they multiplied all over the world, which meant that many people were focused on them as if nothing else existed. I believe that transparency in everything that is done is the most important thing and the point that makes it really like real life, not having people locked up there without receiving visitors, for example, as was the case before. I think that's a good point to highlight in what you mention.
But the most important thing about your review is your personal opinion about this type of programme, which is now also available on YouTube. You mention that there is no point in watching people sleeping, that there is no need for it, and the point about analysing what people are consuming on social media today is something to really think about. Este tipo de programas se desarrollan hace muchísimos años, recuerdo cuando se hicieron los primeros y el éxito que tenía y se fueron multiplicando por todo el mundo, esto hacía que mucha gente estuviera atenta a ellos como si no existiera nada mas. La transparencia en todo lo que se realice creo que es lo más importante y el punto de que realmente sea como la vida misma, no que la gente esté allí encerrada sin recibir por ejemplo visitas como lo era antes. Creo es un buen punto a destacar en lo que mencionas.
Pero lo más importante de tu reseña es tu opinión personal con respecto a este tipo de programas, que ahora también se realizan por YouTube, el caso que hablas de que sentido tiene ver a la gente durmiendo, no hay necesidad y el punto sobre analizar que está consumiendo hoy en día la gente en las redes sociales, es algo para reflexionar realmente.
