A few days ago a friend told me: I once hugged a tree and felt a very special energy.
Trees have something very important. They don't only show life and give shade, or bear fruit. But they are somehow interconnected, maybe through the earth.
The energy of mother nature cannot be described in words, I can only say that when I am in her I am renewed, like the resurgence of a bird.
The parks even sometimes have a receptionist who welcomes us and invites us in, like the owner of a house who invites us for a coffee.
As I always say, I love the treetops and when the sun can be among them.
Why not the views through their trunks, many times it can be surprising what they can show us.
The coolness I enjoyed on this walk was amazing, because it has been very hot days and when it gets cooler, the park is even cooler, ideal for a walk.
I chose a bench to sit for a while, drink some water and eat something light. I love having lunch in nature, I think there is no better way to digest.
This park is an ideal place, not only for a walk but also to enjoy the pets, they are always happy. But I emphasise again how beautiful the shadows of the trees are and how cool it is underneath.
Further on I came across a children's park and even though it was sunny they had shady spots.
Crossing a wall of plants I came across this place, lots of benches to rest on.
If I turned to my left this was the view I had, but that bench place promised adventure, so I headed for it.
Behind those benches there was a path, like a bridge, where again I was welcomed by a bird, this time. It was standing there and inviting me to cross it.
I looked to the side again, standing on the bridge, and the view was very relaxing.
A park made up of a variety of paths and environments, sometimes very diverse. The colours change according to the sector I am in.
To look up and see beauty is always pleasant and relaxes the eyes.
These walks, as I said, renew me, clear my mind, but especially my eyesight when you work a lot with computers. The sounds, the breeze, seeing birds and the green vegetation is comforting.
I love water, be it beach, river, fountain, whatever has water in it, and these waters that were alive and moving, even if only by a mechanism, were beautiful to see.
The sound of water relaxes me a lot, when I was teaching I had a water fountain made by me in the classroom.

I walked the length of this beautiful lake, always focused on the dancing waters and admiring the landscape and the postcards that were drawn before me.
Just look at this postcard, it's beautiful.
I also like the reflections and if they have birds, so much the better. Swans are one of the most beautiful birds in the world, in my opinion. Too bad they were very entertaining and didn't come near me.
It seems that someone wanted to bathe here and they had to put up this sign.
Ahead there was a higher bridge and I headed towards it.
At each end I took a photograph to capture what my eyes were seeing, this wonder.
It was a refreshing and very calming walk.
A palm tree bade me farewell as I left and shielded my eyes from the sun. Incredible nature, it amazes me every day with its beauty.
Thank you all for joining me on this Wednesday walk. Best wishes to all of you and see you next time.
Amonet.
