A good day again. My Actifit Diary: June 2 2026

Early up, gym, then work at the clothing factory. Getting everything in line with the owner, strategizing, trying to get the electronic signature done and such. Very interesting all of that. And then the bus back ran just by me and I had to walk quite a bit - only to the next stop, up hill. Double leg training...

Because I also upped the leg press weight today. Made 140kg, 8 clean repetitions. My record were 160kg, but not so clean repetitions. I'm trying to do my exercises better now - quality instead of quantity.

I did do some Tang Soo Do training, too. As you can see in the first picture. Every time I go to the letters, I practice the forms. And it's usually after going to the courthouse. Step forward today - tomorrow the judge is going to issue the warrants I need to be able to find my daughter and hopefully reunite with her, trial pending on custody after that.

It's been more than 2 months since I've seen her. I'll be so happy when I can finally hug her again. And she will be, too, I'm certain. Her mom not so much. I really hope that a judge can help us setting the limits, so there will be stability for Lily. Hopefully...
