Yeah, I like this kind of macro photos with raindrops. Usually, I simply use the portrait mode on my phone, which by default is 3x (you can change to 2x or 1x). If the light is sufficient, it's often pretty good, but it gets blurry quickly if it's a little dark. I also try sometimes the 'super telephoto' manual mode, which is 10x, but without a tripod or at least some kind of support for the phone, it's almost impossible to avoid some blurriness.
