Totally agree that that would be the main goal for sure! And incentives like @topcomment and @commentrewarder are incredibly valuable from what I can see (I should really start using them actually… ).
60% sounds about right according to what I see in my own received comments. And I am sometimes guilty of writing low quality comments as well, as I try to reply to each comment I get, and a “great post” comment doesn’t invite a lot of other replies then “Thank you” of course :-)
Maybe not replying to those comments is a better way to de-incentivize those types of comments.
