It really looks like growing "to-do lists of to-do lists" is the norm for you, where it simply not growing even if not shrinking is already great for you !INDEED! π€―π

I am succeeding more and more in shrinking it, and keeping it pretty stable! Down from about 300-350 to 100-125 open topics :-D

Nope... Never, on the contrary, I only tend to set them to done when it is tested and proven to be done, and add the result to the task to review later on when I can/need to.
