I love me some Greta Van Fleet though they got a little weird after their debut EP. I have it on vinyl. I've actually never seen them live even though Frankenmuth is just about 45 minutes south of where I live. As you might imagine tickets go fast when the come back to this area!
I always thought they were trying a little 2 hard to be Zeppelin, but I did like that EP! I agree the LP’s since haven’t fired me up much.
Zeppelin was one of the big comparisons early on. I also felt like they had a bit of RUSH influence as well. I think part of the reason they started to verge off into a different sound was because they were trying to shake that Zeppelin comparison. I think they have a new album dropping soon if I remember right.
