Homemade bread Newfie style

It has been years since I made bread. Today my client wanted me to make some. Of course I cannot say no. So I gathered the ingredients and decided to make a video. To share with you all. The first video is one of three. The first video is me mixing all the ingredients together.

This is how we kneed the bread, this is how we kneed the bread. lol. Then again you have to let the dough rise some more.

Putting dough in pans, letting it rise again before putting it in the oven.

And here is a pic of the finished product. Looks some good. Then you grease the top (spread butter all over it). :)

My wife does make break too but gluten free bread. Today she made a vegan banana bread.
She can't eat eggs, lactose or white flour that's why she is looking for alternatives.
