Bandana Necklace Mushroom Seer DIY [Eng-Esp]

Greetings, fellow craft lovers! Welcome back to my workshop @bricolajedc, a little corner where you can create and let your imagination run wild, especially when it comes to that "do-it-yourself" spirit that we love so much. This time, we're going to make a bandana necklace, which is very trendy these days, inspired by the Mushroom Seer card. Join me and I'll show you the creative process.

En esta oportunidad vamos a elaborar un collar bandana, que es tendencia estos días, inspirado en la carta Mushroom Seer. Acompáñenme y les muestro el proceso creativo.

Materials:

A piece of fabric
Jewelry wire #18, #26, and #30
Jewelry pliers
Oval mandrel
Fabric scissors
Lighter
Fabric tape
10 centimeters of rhodium chain
Charms
White Murano stones

Take the fabric and cut strips 7 centimeters wide by 40 centimeters long.

I chose satin fabric in warm colors. To prevent the satin from fraying, I went over the edges with a hot iron to seal them.

Tomamos la tela y vamos a cortar franjas de 7 centímetros de ancho por 40 centímetros de largo.

Yo escogí tela de satén en colores cálidos. Para que el satén no deshilache, con el cautín repasé los bordes para sellar.

We tie a knot on each side of the fabric. And we begin to assemble what will be the front of our bandana necklace.

Hacemos un nudo a cada lado de la tela. Y comenzamos a armar lo que será el frente de nuestro collar bandana.

Using #18 wire, make a spiral with three turns.

Using the mandrel, make four oval rings. This will be the center pendant of the necklace.

Con el alambre #18 vamos a hacer un espiral de 3 vueltas.

Con el mandril hacemos 4 argollas ovaladas. Este será el dije central del collar.

We make some decorations with #30 wire and gold sequins.

Hacemos algunas decoraciones con el alambre #30 y mostscillas doradas.

Insert a strip of fabric through the hoop and position it in the center. Arrange the charms around the fabric, leaving a symmetrical distance between them.

To finish, place a cap on each side. In this case, we will use #18 wire and a 5-centimeter piece of chain. Finish with a heart-shaped clasp and an infinity ring.

Introducimos una franja de tela por el aro y la ubicamos en el centro. Colocamos los dijes alrededor de la tela dejando una distancia simétrica entre ellos.

Para las terminaciones colocamos un capuchón de cada lado, en este caso lo haremos con alambre #18 y un trozo de cadena de 5 centímetros. Finamizamos con un broche de corazón y una argolla infinito.

For the second necklace, we will draw a mushroom that we will then transfer onto the fabric.

Para el segundo collar, haremos un dibujo de un hongo que luego vamos a plasmar.

Now comes my favorite part!

Let's weave the mushroom hat with the red seed beads and #30 wire. We can intersperse some white Murano beads.

¡Ahora viene mi parte favorita!...

Vamos a tejer el sombrero del hongo con la mostacilla de color rojo y el alambre #30. Podemos intercalar algunas piedras de murano de color blanco.

We will place the mushroom in the center of the remaining chain.

On each side of the chain, we will place the fabric ribbon to assemble the second necklace.

To adjust, I didn't want to attach it to the previous necklace because that would be two options to use, so I placed a ring to make a simple clasp.

El hongo lo ubicaremos en el centro de la cadena restante.

De cada lado de la cadena, vamos a colocar la cinta de tela para armar el segundo collar.

P>>ara ajustar, no quise unirlo al collas anterior porque serían 2 opciones para utilizar, entonces coloqué una argolla para hacer un cierre sencillo.

I also added some charms to the sides of the mushroom. I made a pair with #18 wire in a spiral shape.

También coloqué unos dijes a los lados del hongo. Hice un par con el alambre #18 en forma de espiral.

The great thing about this necklace is that each piece can be worn separately or together, and they look great either way.

I thought this project was really fun to make. It's a trendy piece of jewelry that's very easy to sell.

Plus, the wires I'm using are high quality, so the pieces are durable and can be enjoyed for a long time.

Lo bueno de este collar es que podemos utilizar cada uno por separado o juntos que se ven muy bien.

Este proyecto me pareció muy lindo de realizar. Es una pieza de joyería que está en tendencia y que resulta muy fácil de vender.

Además los alambres que estoy utilizando son de alta calidad, por lo que las piezas resultan duraderas y se pueden disfrutar mucho más.
