Several months ago I heard about the place. I wanted to visit it to try their delicious Pistachio Latte, one of their specialties. So I ventured to deviate from my pending and I disconnected for a while from everything to visit Kohi Café.
For me, it was the first time I enjoyed this variant of coffee, and I tell you that Kohi Café set the bar very high because I thought that both the beautiful presentation and the delicious taste and the perfect blend of flavors of the ingredients will make it very difficult to match a Pistachio latte.hi
The girl who took my order gave me unparalleled attention and explained to me that everything has been designed based on Japanese tradition. In Kohi Café they emphasize the value of family, work and how to maintain a balance between the important things in life.
He told me about the crockery that was made especially for the café and everything has the seal of the place. Even the lamps and the counter bar have the same design as the logo. It really is a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
They have their own brand of arabica coffee with regional production, harvested in the state of Táchira at 1200 meters above sea level. Roasted in 1974 coffee trees at a medium roast. With its unique flavor, they offer a variety of hot and cold preparations. Without a doubt I promised to return for another coffee.
I ordered a pistachio latte and a delicious olive bread made with sourdough. With 6.5$ I was able to enjoy a snack that filled me with energy and its delicious flavor exploded on my palate.
The Pistachio latte comes with a pistachio cream at the bottom that I had to stir to combine the flavors. On the rim of the cup, a little more of this cream with split pistachios for garnish. I confess that I took the spoon and ate the whole garnish.

Hace varios meses escuché del lugar. Quería visitarlo para probar su delicioso Latte Pistacho, una de sus especialidades. Entonces me aventuré a desviarme de mis pendientes y me desconecté por un rato de todo para visitar Kohi café.
Para mi, fue la primera vez que disfrutaba de esta variante de café, y les cuento que en Kohi café pusieron el listón bien alto porque me pareció que tanto la bella presentación como el delicioso sabor y la perfecta mezcla de los sabores de los ingredientes van a hacer que sea muy díficil de igual un latte Pistacho.
La chica que tomó mi orden, me dio una atención inigualable debo resaltar, me explicó que todo ha sido diseñado en base a la tradición japonesa. En Kohi café resaltan el valor a la familia, al trabajo y como se mantiene un equilibrio entre las cosas importantes de la vida.
Me contó sobre la vajilla del lugar que fue hecha especialmente para la cafetería y todo tienen marcado el sello del lugar. Incluso las lámparas y la barra del mostrador tienen el mismo diseño que el logotipo. Realmente es acojedor y agradable el ambiente.
Tienen su propia marca de café tipo arabica con producción regional, cosechada en el estado Táchira a 1200 msnm. Tostado en cafeto 1974 a un tueste medio. Con su sabor único, ofrecen variedad de preparaciones tanto frías como calientes. Sin duda prometí regresar por otro café.
Pedí un latte pistacho y un delicioso pan de aceitunas hecho con masa madre. Con 6.5$ pude disfrutar de una merienda que me lleno de energía y su delicioso sabor explotó en mi paladar.
El latte Pistacho viene con una crema de pistacho en el fondo que tuve que revolver para combinar los sabores. En el borde de la taza, un poco más de esta crema con pistachos partidos para decorar. Confieso que tomé la cucharilla y me comí todo el decorado.
