It's a beautiful cloudy day, which is worth mentioning because those are my favorite days. I prefer cool, cold weather, and if it rains, that's an added bonus for me.
That's what happened today. We needed yeast and whole wheat flour to make bread, so I went into town for a moment and took the opportunity to visit one of my favorite coffee shops to spend some time with myself.
These days, I've been able to see that nothing is impossible and that nothing should surprise me. I mean that in any context you can think of. I continue to be fortunate to have my family, my health that sometimes falters, but I am truly fortunate for how I live each day.
I must also be grateful for being able to accomplish all the projects I set out to do. It is a blessing to be able to reflect on these things in my favorite place, enjoying the sweet aroma of coffee and making plans for this new year.
A few days ago, I posted a video on one of my social media accounts expressing how great it is to start a 365-page blank journal to fill with dreams, accomplished goals, and fantastic stories. Today, I must add that I also want it to have many cups of coffee in beautiful places.

Mi primer café del año. Latte de vainilla en un día nublado
Saludos amigos amantes del cafe! Les doy una vez más la bienvenida a mi blog. Esta oportunidad vamos a disfrutar de el primer latte de vainilla del 2026. Acompáñenme y les cuento.
Un lindo día nublado, vale la pena resaltar que son mis días favoritos. Prefiero el clima fresco y con frío, si llueve será un bono extra para mi.
Es lo que pasó este día. Necesitabamos levadura y harina integral para preparar el pan, salí un momento a la ciudad y aproveché de visitar una de mis cafeterías favoritas para poder pasar un tiempo conmigo misma.
Estos días he podido comprobar que nada es imposible y que nada debe sorprenderme. Lo digo en cualquier contexto que se pueda pensar. Sigo siendo afortunada por tener mi familia, mi salid que flaquea algunas veces pero soy realmente afortunada por como vivo cada día.
También debo agradecer por poder cumplir todos los proyectos que me propongo. Es una bendición poder reflexionar sobre estas cosas en mi lugar favorito disfrutando del dulce aroma del café y haciendo los planes de este nuevo año.
Hace unos días publiqué en una de mis redes sociales un video donde expresaba lo genial que es poder iniciar un diario de 365 paginas en blanco para llenarlas de sueños, metas cumplidas y de historias fantásticas, hoy debo agregar que también quiero que tenga muchas tazas de café en lugares lindos.
