Welcome to the another round of our Weekly Spotlight, where we shine a big, bright light on the funniest submissions from the community!
This spotlight is our way of celebrating those comedy gems that made us snort, giggle, choke on our coffee, or literally LOL in public (yes, we’ve all been there). Like I said, the spotlight is to showcase the most funny post for the week, it might come from our weekly prompt, or random post in the community, so come make the most funny posts you can.
Some weeks, we might only have one spotlight post. Other weeks, we might have ten! It all depends on how funny the submissions are, not kinda funny or I smiled internally funny, but bust-a-gut, tears-down-your-face funny, Yes that kind of funny gets the spotlight.
So, if your post didn’t make it this week, don’t sweat it. Come back stronger, funnier, and even more ridiculous next time. The spotlight isn’t for everyone, it’s earned, not given. 😎

On the fourth day, when I returned to base, I managed to stay clear of the kitchen on the day I arrived in town, but the next day, I could not keep off because I am not the type that depends on buying cooked food. I prefer to make my own meals, which saves me money since I have everything at home. That Monday was hell for me. I stood in the kitchen for about ten minutes, checking and touching everything, thinking about how to resume the bachelor’s life of cooking like a lady. I just wished I had married already so someone would be doing the cooking for me. One of my challenges that day was thinking about how to cook just one simple meal that would last for a day without giving me the need to warm it the next day so as to preserve the taste. However, cooking that way would mean cooking every day. Gosh! My brain almost knocked.
It was an amazing week, keep those funny post coming
