I had to do video coverage for a programme we had in church yesterday, as a member of the media team in church. This contributed hugely to my step count yesterday.
And of course, I can do this all day without getting tired, that's because I am used to it. Also, the consistent walk contributed to the stamina and resilience. Just like I mentioned yesterday, I feel healthier because I don't get tired easily like before. I would usually sweat while working, that eventually someone might have to take over after a few minutes.
But it's like I have done all the swearing while walking, all thanks to @actifit and other step trackers that I use. But most importantly, to the actifit community for the push. Seeing people post everyday about their fitness journey, it makes my energy and positivity higher and on the go
