The temperature was chilly when I left home this morning to walk the short distance to a local supermarket. I took my jacket for extra warmth but it soon warmed up and on the return journey I felt too warm!
On the way there, I noticed something strange in a thicket off the footpath. Someone has wrapped what looked like cling film around the trunk of a small tree.
I can't think of any reason to do this. It must have taken some time and effort to do it, so what is the motivation?
