Thank you for your thoughtful reply! This definitely deserves to be a @topcomment!

One of the thoughts I've held for a while is that since this is a decentralized venue — albeit with certain limitations — it is ultimately up to us — the user base — to help shape the general Hive image. There's never going to be a "somebody" wh steps in and does it for us.

I don't write that much about Hive itself... but I do occasionally offer up a bit of commentary, kind of in the spirit of "WE have to be the change we want."

Sure. Happy to help with doing my small part to increase the value of blocks of content being added to this blockchain. Thanks for providing some confirmation it is an effort worth making.

Yes, no question of this:

"... albeit with certain limitations ..."

Which begs to be followed by other questions. For the time being, I will just do a lot of observing and taking notes on what you and others have to say about them.

Thanks again for writing this post. I genuinely have no idea how much those whose answers to them matter most take into account input from the rest of those active on this blockchain.

I guess I will have a clearer opinion of my own answer to that question in time.
