Good posture is important for pain or trouble free back (upper back and lower back). Sitting straight is a well-accepted norm for a healthy back. However, more can be done for a trouble-free back. Such as

  • Keep moving: Stand, stretch, and take regular breaks from a long sitting/standing position
  • Building strength through simple exercise
  • Changing mindset and remain stress-free
