Another successful day achieving the steps goal, a little over 10,000 today to finish off the day before I head to bed shortly.
I’m looking into a walking pad to have in the home somewhere if I can find the space for it, they seem very practical and If i can get some extra easy steps in daily I can see my fitness goals being achieved a lot quicker too. Since moving it’s hard to get to the only local gym as it’s quite a bit out the way, so when I’m at home it feels like there’s a lot of down time recently movement wise, not a lot of activity here! Need that to change.
