My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2026

Howdy friends, a good day once again! Managed to get my weight training in as I watched football earlier today, felt quite burnt out after about half my usual sets so I called it quits today and walked for the remainder of my calories which was nice! I did want to burn even more today through the weight training and cardio but more cardio is always better, finished the day off with my pushups which is the small 50 calorie workout. 😅 I’m going to sign up to the local gym again in the next few days and jump on some different machines to target my lacking muscles.
