Hello friends, I had a really good day today! energy levels felt on fire for once even my workout i managed to somehow burn 800 calories doing my weight training and it was about a 1 hour 40 min workout, hit a lot of regions and usually i’m averaging about 500 cals for that time period, so a very good day! low steps but that’s okay
