Wow, how frustrating that situation must have been with the boiler.
It's a shame that it didn't work more than a couple of hours after installation, especially considering that everything seemed to be in order at first.
At least they were able to enjoy some time with Kaia in the snow, that sounds like a good respite in the middle of the day.

        It was quite annoying !INDEED. It's not cheap product, and you'd expect it to work with no issue, and not worry about it. Well, several days later, it still doesn't work as expected, very disappointing. Anyways, lets hope it will all get fixed early next week.
