The only problem is that he tends to move at the pace of a slug doing anything. He is a busy person and I get that, but after all of this time, and I do mean years, he's just now noticing?

Did I never mention the neon sign visible only to animals, that hangs over our house that flashes "we take strays-all are welcome!"? Trust me-it's there!
