A little long, so I did not read every single word of it. Some on Hive would have turned this into a 6-part series of ups and downs. Sending a large section of the blockchain on a roller coaster ride for months!
As far as not posting because others have and you feel you are not adding anything to it. Your own personal perspective is and will always add something of value for many. Just like your fashionably late yearly posting. Don’t worry about such things being late. Embrace it instead!
Perhaps view it differently. When Web3 becomes as successful as you see it becoming one day. People for decades are going to want to pour over everything from code to posts by the individuals who end up making it that successful. You are not necessarily writing for the current but for future generations.
As far as the personal matters, that sucks. We only get so much time on this strange blue ball of a rock. Always make time for those you can around you IRL. Hive is here and will be for quite some time. Perhaps some of the cats might escape, but you can always go and round them up another day. I hope things get to a better place for you.
