In the PDVSA building in my city, these small pets live there who, although recognized as communal animals because they do not have a specific owner, are taken care of by the workers once they arrive, and they stay. Being in an institutional space, they bathe them, deworm them, vaccinate them, and provide their food.
The animals are all around the building since there are plenty of green areas, and it is very common to come across some; however, there are several that stand out. First, there is "the blonde," who is a dog; she is very photogenic. The first time I became interested in her was because of this pose that captivated me, looking at the horizon. En el edificio de PDVSA en mi ciudad, viven estas pequeñas mascotas que, aunque se reconocen como animales comunitarios, porque no tienen dueño específico, los trabajadores comentan que una vez que llegan allí, los atienden y ellos se quedan.
