1/3/26 - 🎸 Eighties Saturday DailyJams With Gene & Ashlee! Eighties Punk Rock Picks! Black Flag & Dead Kennedys 🎸

This week for #EightiesSaturday we go eighties punk rock picks! We each pick a different band and pick two jams each! This week we’ll each pick one song from two separate albums from our band picked to mix it up a bit instead of picking both off one album.

Ashlee picks The Dead Kennedys! First up for DailyJam it’s the song “Holiday in Cambodia” from the 1980 album “Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables”. Second up for BonusJam it’s the song “California Über Alles” which is actually on the same record so Ashlee’s breaking the cycle and picking both times from one album.

Gene (I) pick Black Flag! 🏴 one of the most well known eighties punk bands. I start with my DailyJam “Rise Above” from the 1981 album “Damaged”. For BonusJam I pick the song “My War” from the 1984 album with same name “My War”. Enjoy the punk rock tunes friends! Cheers!
