The markets are a weird place. I wonder what will happen once the markets start to drop. As for how the real world hasn't changed, I saw a chart on the amount of people on SNAP benefits, and it shot up like crazy after the lockdowns. Even when it dropped back down after the lockdowns were up, the numbers are still quite a bit higher than the highs before the lockdowns. So the economy has definitely not recovered.
I'm just watching the markets action waiting until my next DCA buy. I bought into some popcorn to watch all the fun play out in real time.
I'm not getting worked up over it. I miss your old 'Closest-to-the-pin' contest. It's fun guessing the prices. Perhaps I should venture a guess for funzies.
