Good morning dear Friends and Photography Lovers 🙌📸
In this series of autumn photos, it is the turn of the statue of our famous painter and beloved high school art teacher, Slavo Striegel, who remained faithful to his city – Sisak was his home and inspiration. His work has remained as a cultural heritage: my Sisak established a gallery that bears his name, and his works form an important part of the history of art in the region.

The motifs of the professor's paintings were the surrounding landscapes of our city, Posavina, and the rivers that surround it — his hometown was a constant inspiration in his distinctive work.

As a professor, he passed on not only technical skills to his students, including me, but also a love of art, of observing details and expressing one's own experience through art. His statue is placed on our beautiful promenade along the Kupa River that runs through the very center of the city and is an eternal inspiration to me and to all those who love photography.

I took the photos with a Nikon D750, 50mm lens, f/1.8, manual mode, RAW format required, variable ISO and shutter speed. Processing in Photoshop, Camera Raw Filter
This is all for Today, see you Tomorrow
