This morning began with a warm atmosphere at home. I enjoyed a plate of fried rice made by my wife, which was just right, simple yet meaningful. Afterward, a cup of hot coffee was the perfect way to start the day. The steam rising slowly seemed to give me extra energy before starting my day.
As usual, I continued my routine of delivering bread to my favorite shops. The sun had been shining brightly since morning, making the air feel hotter than usual. On the way, I carried many boxes of bread on my modified motorcycle to keep the load secure. Despite the scorching heat, the work must go on.
On the way, I stopped by the Bangka Jaya sea. The sea breeze provided a bit of coolness in the sweltering heat. There was also a bread vendor there, so I took a look around. The calm sea view and shady trees made for a pleasant, if only brief, stop.
However, today's trip wasn't entirely smooth. I was stuck in a long traffic jam due to road repairs. Many vehicles, from motorcycles to large cars, piled up. This situation made the journey longer than usual. Even so, I tried to remain patient and enjoy the process.
It was a tiring, hot, and challenging day, but there were still small moments to be grateful for. From a simple breakfast at home to a short stop by the sea, everything was part of the story of the day.
