Hello old friend, long time no see! Your comment really made me reflect on my writing. I went back and reread my post, and you're right—I didn’t notice how it might come across. Most of my writing is done quickly without much thought, especially with everything going on at the farm. So thank you for pointing that out—it helped me realize a lot about my writing style.
