Hey Hiveans!

I've been very busy working on all sorts of trading bots for future releases lately, so it's been a while since I've posted an update, here's the latest news you may have missed from hive.trading below:

I noticed the SMA bot was lagging a bit when checking ROIs, and I figured it was time for an upgrade. So, what did I do? I gave it a brand-new AI brain—ChatGPT 03-mini-high!

🤖 How It Works Now

The bot is still experimental, but here’s the gist:

I feed the AI a bunch of market data (SMA, Bollinger Bands, RSI, Fibonacci levels, ATR, etc.).

It analyzes everything, including your last 10 trades (if you're using it).

Then, ChatGPT makes the call—buy, sell, or hold.

Right now, it runs every 6 hours to give each trade enough time to play out. And to keep costs low, I’m using a copytrader system so we don’t have to spam OpenAI with requests for every single user every round.

⚠️ Heads Up!

This is super experimental, so don’t go all-in just yet. From what I’ve seen, it’s been making some solid calls, but it’s still early days. DYOR (Do Your Own Research) before letting an AI bot take the wheel on your trades.

I just made a change in the setting for my SMA bot for @pepentropy.bot

The ROI is saying -68% so that does not make sense to me. The total value for Hive and HBD didn't change that much.

So I am trying a different setting and starting with about 10 Hive and 10 HBD in the account to see what happens.

Now I see that my service ends in 9 days. Can I extend or does it need to expire and then I create another setting?

I like what your doing and I look forward to trying other strategies but not until I get the simple stuff figured out.

Yeah the roi is not the final say on that one yet, may still need tweaking. I think i may see an issue, the bot might not have been accounting for an open limit order at the time of calculation, so that's something I need to double check. However that is reason I added the ai brain anyway. Yes the usual way is for it to run out then re-burn, but I will give you a free extension for being an early tester.

Good reminder I should address the issue of extending subscriptions, or even having an auto renew setting. Thanks! 🙏
